Selecting Coal-electricity Vertical Relationships to maximize the profit of government-controlled Firms

Based on the current situation of the coal-electricity industry chain in China, We develop a vertical relationship model with government-controlled firms and market-based firms. By analyzing the equilibrium results from regulated price and in market price systems, we reach the optimal coal-electricity vertical relationship for maximizing the profit of government-controlled firms.
