One of the most difficult problems confronting organizations implementing quality is analyzing their current processes. This presentation challenges one to question his/her theory on organizational approaches to quality and the necessity to begin a new approach through an understanding and application of Dr. Deming's Profound Knowledge and Essential Process Management.
