Light-weight Fire-safety Containers using New Phenolic Composites

摘要

This paper covers the light-weight, fire-safety containers using newly developed phenolic composites. People need many kinds of containers everyday such as ones for waste materials and for waste package materials (aluminum cans, steel cans, glass bottles and PET bottles) to be sorted and recycled. For these purposes, the authors tried to make economical, light-weight, fire-safety and durable containers with new paper-fiber reinforced phenolic composites as well as with traditional glass-fiber reinforced phenolic composites partially.
