Quality Evaluation Research Based on Electronic Journals Published on Internet

摘要

In terms of the quality evaluation of electronic journals published on Internet, this paper carries out a qualitative attributes evaluation research based on the 2-tuple and designs and adopts corresponding linguistic evaluation sets to evaluate the journals. By designing the benchmark rank set, convert the linguistic attribute value of different linguistic evaluation sets into a fuzzy set which belongs to the benchmark rank set. Thus achieving the comparability among different linguistic evaluation sets, and their further and effective integration. In this way, the 2-tuple comprehensive evaluation values and their rankings of each journal can be obtained. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed evaluation method.
