Logistics Cost Control of Jingdong Mall Under E-Commerce Mode

In recent years, the competition among major e-commerce companies has become increasingly fierce. If e-commerce companies want to gain an advantage in competition, it is particularly important to control the logistics costs that occupy a large proportion. This paper takes the logistics of Jingdong Mall as the research object, introduces the related concepts of e-commerce model and logistics cost control, and the reasons and characteristics of Jingdong self-built logistics model. In order to better show the status quo of Jingdong Logistics, this paper analyzes the Jingdong self-built logistics from the three aspects of warehousing cost status, distribution cost status and labor cost status by comparing the related costs and data of Jingdong Mall and other similar enterprises in the industry. Advantages and shortcomings, some problems and some suggestions in logistics cost control are proposed.
