The control system of automatic logistic sorting line is designed to improve the accuracy of logistic sorting with the Siemens S7-200 series CPU224 PLC as the control core. The internal model control strategy is used to control the cylinder model, and the tracking and anti-interference performance of the pneumatic system is analyzed under the internal model control. MATLAB simulation results show that the internal model control can adjust the parameters and closed-loop response of the system and is more capable of target tracking than the conventional PID controller.
