Master degree of china is developing rapidly in recent years, but professional master degree education is big but not strong, student satisfaction and social satisfaction is not high. There are more theoretical teaching and less practical teaching in cultivation process, practice ability is insufficient, and disjointed with the training goal and positioning of professional master. This paper adopts literature research, questionnaire survey and case analysis, to analyze the problems faced in the training of full-time engineering master. It is based on the elements of the practice ability of full-time engineering master, constructing training mode of full-time engineering master's training for practical ability from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching method, practice mode, teaching staff and guarantee system.
