This paper reports a new type of electrically small antenna. The new antenna based on FBAR structure mainly uses the magnetoelectric coupling between magnetostrictive material and piezoelectric material to realize the conversion of mechanical wave and electromagnetic wave. The size of the antenna can be compared with the length of the acoustic wave, which is many orders of magnitude smaller than the length of the electromagnetic wave. The antenna designed in this way can achieve one thousandth wavelength. For this ME antenna, a reflection coefficient of -15dB and high quality factor of 1120 can be achieved at 2520MHz.
