Art design combines artistic form and aesthetic feeling with many factors such as society, culture, economy, market, science and technology, and reappears in the design closely related to our life, so that it not only has aesthetic function, but also has use function. By analyzing the present situation of image processing technology, this paper discusses the design and implementation of environmental art design system based on hierarchical structure by solving the key technologies such as image synthesis, image segmentation and file analysis. The object of interest is extracted by threshold segmentation, and the fuzzy connectivity is regarded as the redundant feature of the image, and then the fuzzy C-means clustering method is used to optimize the segmentation result of the previous step and improve the segmentation accuracy in the two-dimensional clustering space composed of redundant features and original image features. The method can effectively reduce the time of image segmentation while maintaining the segmentation accuracy.
