The recycling market of NEV power batteries fluctuates largely. Appropriate policies and collection system are needed to promote the rapid development of ecological industry. The licensed capacity for power battery recycling in January 2019 is 1.2 million. However, the companies are located only in Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Guangxi. The industrial distribution should be better organized. Advanced equipment and technology are still highly demanded. Accelerate the Circular economy, especially for the waste resource recovery, comprehensive utilization and cleaner production etc. Speed up the construction of evaluation system and improve the construction of support system.
