The catalytic properties of catalysts based on ZSM-5 zeolites with modules 30, 80, 300, as well as samples of these zeolites modified with phosphorus during cracking of butane-butylene fraction (BBF) and butanols (1-butanol, 2-butanol, isobutanol) were investigated. The growth of the module of zeolite ZSM-5, not modified by phosphorus, contributes to an increase in the yield of ethylene and propylene. The highest yield of C2-C3 olefins is obtained on H-ZSM-5 zeolite with a module of 300. Modifying zeolites with phosphorus reduces the acidity of the zeolite and leads to a decrease in the conversion of the feedstock and system activity in hydrogen transfer reactions.
