摘要

The paper proposes a new structure for a three-stage stabilization of the frequency of laser radiation. The proposed structure is simpler of the known one and in a certain sense more reliable, since it uses only one laser instead of three in the prototype system. In addition, the advantage of the proposed system is the absence of test modulation applied directly to the laser, which reduces its initial instability and creates prerequisites for higher stability.
