With the development and application of new energy and electric vehicles, the harmonic problem in the power system has become more and more prominent, which has drawn the attention of industry and academia. Harmonic problems are also a huge test for power system energy metering. At the same time, due to the increasingly prominent problem of ultra-high harmonics, the special research on low-order harmonics has certain limitations. How to reflect the degree of harmonic influence in the power grid system has a very important impact on the electrical power metering and charging of the entire power industry, maintaining and protecting the power grid environment, and also guaranteeing the efficient and orderly operation of the entire power industry. This paper summarizes a harmonic energy resilience warning indicator that can effectively reflect the degree of harmonic influence in the power system---the harmonic active power content rate, and calculates the maximum harmonic active power content and super under the international standard limit.
