Calculations for the Number of Titanic Sets

A set of lattice points S is called a titanic set if there exists a line passing through exactly two points in S. In this paper, we calculate the number of titanic sets S who's every point (x, y) satisfies 0≤x, y≤10~(11). The key to calculation is an algorithm for which memorandum method is used to compute.
