This paper evaluates the using of a programmable robot against fatigue that occurs at an upper limb in the rehabilitation process. Spasticity is a case where a certain muscle is frequently contacted, and fatigue is the general sense of lack of energy a physical and mental or both. Many kinds and types of power-assists robots are in the market specifically developed for a rehabilitation process. It actually can help a physically weak person doing the rehabilitation. But, it is difficult for a specialist to use it because some of it was too big, difficult to understand and use. This research and project will be doing testing do detect and take fatigue reading. The testing will start with selected the subject. The subject is selected based on gender and normal person. The system and software that using for this research and project is Visual basic, Arduino, and Realterm. Plus, the system and software are programmed to move the programmable robot and to collect data. Then, after done setup the system and software, the programmable robot will control the movement of the subject and for doing the exercise. After finished the exercise, the data will is collected by the system all the data will be transfer to the file. The idea and why do for this research and project is when spasticity hand for stroke and spasticity cramps, the muscle will contract. During the muscle is contracted, the muscle will be tired. Based on the data collected, the testing actually wants to focus the graph in a tired and fatigue phase. As mentioned earlier, this research and project are to know the fatigue occur and want to analyze. The previous project that has been developed is difficult to therapist used and understand because it majority complicated devices. In addition, patient not comfortable and the devices difficult to adapt to patient condition. The previous project used one axis only as their robot. So, there is no creation of a robot that can be multiple axes. So, this project wants to t
