The algorithm for obtaining high-quality structural images in endoscopic optical coherence tomography with a reducedlevel of speckle noise is described. The key features of the developed algorithm are the multilevel filtering andmorphological digital processing of structural images. Structural images of soft biological tissues in vivo and tissue-likephantoms are shown. The suggested algorithm can be used to improve quality of structural images not only in opticalmethods of visualization and non-destructive testing, but also in ultrasonic ones.
