摘要

The paper proposes the accelerated corrosion testing for the simulation of regular ecosystems subjected to the conditions of the laboratory in order to determine whether the factors that control the accelerated corrosion in the laboratory test are similar to that in the field test. So supporting this stainless steel grade 304 specimens were prepared as per ASTM standards and were kept in a corrosive environment for varying times and then their mechanical properties were tested. The accelerated corrosion was carried out as per the ASTMG48 standards [11]
