In order to achieve the purpose of reducing pesticides and increasing efficiency, additives have gradually become an indispensable part of the pesticide spraying process, and the effect directly affects the effective utilization rate of pesticides. Inthis paper, the laser particle size analyzer was used to compare and analyze the droplet volume of ST 110-01 and ST110-03 spray nozzles before and after the addition of 408 auxiliaries and the addition of methylated vegetable oil at different spray pressures and spray heights. The difference in diameter and the relative span of the droplet distribution. The results show that the median diameter and particle size distribution span of the droplets with different additives are different, but the additionof methylated vegetable oil additives or 408 additives can effectively increase the median diameter of the droplet volume. And improve the consistency of the droplet size, to some extent reduce the drift caused by the droplets. The test can provide a basis for the selection of additives and nozzles in field pesticide application, and provide a data basis for further research on nozzles and additives.
