摘要

To solve the problems of long design cycle, low design knowledge sharing rate, unstable design quality and design efficiency for agricultural machinery components design, a rapid design method for agricultural machinery components is proposed in thispaper. Taking the rapid design of the vertical and horizontal picking roller of corn combine harvester as an example, the design knowledge and design rules of typical agricultural machinery parts are established by fully collecting, collating and analyzing excellent design cases firstly. Then, the different 3D modeling methods of typical agricultural machinery components are analyzed and compared. Furthermore, the knowledge model and parametric model for the most efficient interactive modeling method are established. Finally, the rapid design of typical agricultural machinery parts is realized by the secondary development tool CAA of CATIA, which proves the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
