Spectral sensitivity is an important parameter of color digital camera, which can be used for color correction and spectralreflectance reconstruction. In this paper, a spectral sensitivity estimated method for color digital camera based on standardcolor checker is studied. Under standard light source A, using the measured camera to take an image of a standard colorchecker, the spectral sensitivity is estimated from the camera response values of the color checker in the image, repeat theexperiment under different illumination level of the same source and compare the estimated results. The experimentalresults show that compared with the traditional measurement methods, the estimated method in this paper can obtain higherprecision spectral sensitivity and the illumination level of the ambient light source will affect the estimated results.
