A new type of plastering gypsum which has good operability was prepared from calcined desulphurization gypsum,ground steel slag and appropriate additives.The proper material ratio is: calcined desulphurization gypsum 95%,ground steel slag 4.5%,and water-retaining additive 0.5%.The product meets the requirements of GB/T 28627-2012.The effects of energy saving and emission reduction of this product were analysed.Compared with the common cement-based or lime-based materials,it has the advantages of better volume stability,lower application cost and less carbon emission.
