Under the situation that large-scale enterprise groups lead the combination of production and finance, managers must effectively balance the development relationship between the original leading industry and the newly added financial business. The purpose of doing so is to avoid that companies chase short-term financial industry profits and accumulate and amplify their business risks, so that industrial capital directs or kidnaps financial capital. The risk control of the combination of production and finance has become an important issue that needs to be addressed in the industrial field and the entire national economic system.
