摘要

A new type of ring equipment with clapboard for restrained shrinkage test of concrete was proposed. In the equipment, strain gauges were adhered on the inner surface of steel ring. Through comparative tests of the different mix proportions of concrete, the influence factors of cracking resistance of concrete were studied. And this new ring equipment can overcome shortcomings of the traditional ring test equipment and can be used to predict cracking ages and tendency of concrete conveniently and rapidly. Finally cracking behaviour was analysed and an evaluation index of cracking resistance for this new equipment was put forward to rate the concrete according to the test result and calculation. Namely, a rapid evaluation method of the cracking resistance of concrete was proposed.
