Turnover Intention Antecedents: Study on Credit People Banks (BPR) in Gianyar Regency - Bali

This study aims to analyze the influence of; (1) distributive, procedural, and interactional justice on job satisfaction, (2), distributive, procedural, interactional justice on turnover intention, and (3) job satisfaction on turnover intention. Respondents of this study were 42 employees from 5 (five) BPRs in Sukawati District in Gianyar Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire. SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis was used to analyze data. The results showed: (1) distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) interactional justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) distributive justice has a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, (5) procedural justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (6) interactional justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and (7) job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. To increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention, it is necessary to increase distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice in these 5 (five) BPRs.
