Analysis on Forming Defects of Automobile Drawing Parts and Adjustment Measures of Mold

The size accuracy and surface quality directly affect the quality of the car, and the main factors affecting the quality of drawing parts are cracking, wrinkling, rebound, etc. This paper studies from stamping process to mold design. The wrinkling and cracking problem of automobile drawing parts during drawing were analyzed. From the aspects of process, design and adjustment, the deep drawing cracking and wrinkling of parts and the adjustment measures are studied in detail. Experiments proved the effectiveness of the methods and measures proposed in this paper.
