Island electricity On-Grid charging system using solar energy has been simulated in the Timor system, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. That area has the highest potential for solar irradiation in Indonesia, with energy demand scattered among the islands. This study aims to determine its optimal location, export capacity, number of Photovoltaic (PV) modules, and charges. This is done by simulating the Timor Grid Power Flow and the PV scheme by analyzing the BUS voltages and grid power loss. Based on the simulation results, the island electricity charging system's optimal location is obtained at 20KFN BUS with a PV penetration of 15.82 MW (80%), the amount of PV module capacity installed is 18150 kWp, and the number of charging is 14330 times per year.
