1. Reactor (Rx) LPG must be condensed in the Main Column (MC) overhead system or compressed, condensed, and recovered in the Gas Plant. 2. Process system and equipment debottlenecking fundamentals: 2.1. Main Column (MC) condensing, 2.2. Wet Gas Compressor (WGC), 2.3. Compressor interstage and aftercondensing, 2.4. Gas Plant Absorption and Stripping. 3. Solutions depend on existing unit limitations. Accurate pressure, temperature and flow (including cooling water) measurements are critical!
