At present, power equipment evaluation methods mostly depend on expert experience, and the assessment results often vary greatly. In order to establish a reasonable operation and maintenance strategy of key equipment in distribution network, a method of on-line status assessment of key equipment in distribution network based on health value and importance is proposed. Firstly, use the improved fuzzy measure method to obtain the equipment health value, that is to say, after the initial weights are obtained by the analysis of the association rules, the optimization model of gray fuzzy measure is introduced to solve the λ fuzzy measure, and the Choquet fuzzy integral is calculated to get the health value. Then, the unascertained measure based on weight is used to calculate the device importance. Finally, a two-dimensional plane is formed by taking the health value and the importance as axes, and the online operation status of the key equipment of the distribution network is divided. The evaluation method comprehensively considers the relationship between the index and the target and the index, and verifies the correctness and practicability of the method through an example.
