Management of Risks and Economic Processes in Russian Railways OJSC in Digital Economy

摘要

Increase of competition between types of transport, growth of uncertainty of business environment, and diversity of goals of business entities of Russian Railways Holding and participants of the transport market increase the level of risks that may lead to risk to effective development of the company. Development of digital technologies creates a platform for risk management and increase of competitiveness of transport and logistics companies. Increase of uncertainty and speed of change of business environment leads to the necessity to use new technologies of management that ensure creation of added values of transport and logistics services.
