Currently, screw compressors such as two-rotor, made according to the classical scheme (Lysholm), and single-rotor, which were patented by Zimmern and are produced by a number of foreign companies such as Grasso, Hall-Termotanki and others, and widely used among volume compression compressors. Screw compressors are used in refrigeration engineering industry, gas and oil industry and other. It is known that compressor technology requires significant costs to improve compressor machines. It should be noted that all foreign firms produce SC with a rectangular rack shape, which, according to the generally accepted classification, belong to the category of oil-filled ones. In our country, single-rotor compressors were not manufactured for technological reasons. The development of the production base and technological processes made it possible to proceed to the development and production of an experimental model of aerospace control with a circular rack profile having patent novelty based on Compressor JSC (St. Petersburg).
