摘要

The use of rolling bearings in screw compressors instead of sliding bearings allows to simplify the design of the screw compressor, assign smaller profile clearances between the screws and reduce ballast leakages. This allows to increase the efficiency of the compressor. The use of rolling bearings is limited by its operational life, which depends on the values of reactions on the supports. The results of the calculation of the geometric characteristics of the screw compressor profiles, ensuring minimal reactions on the supports, were obtained.
