The article presents the design and implementation of a device that replicates 3D objects and works within the Internet of Things (IoT). The first part presents the design and construction of the replication machine. In the following, integral components are presented. Broadly discussed FDM printer adaptation and modernisation. Afterwards, a concept and realisation of 3D scanner is presented. Image processing and analysis algorithms were developed and implemented for Scan" device. After careful preparation of subdevices, such as a 3D scanner and an FDM printer, integration with the Internet of Things was carried out. Presented solution is compared with professional system delivered by Phoenix Contact. Finally, the device tests are carried out. The last chapter describes the advantages and disadvantages of the newly developed device.
