摘要

In this study, graphene oxide nanosheets are obtained through chemical exfoliation method. The morphologic characterization of graphene oxide nanosheets are observed by Raman spectrum, which indicates that the graphite flakes are well oxidized and exfoliated. Meanwhile, the graphene oxide networks are obtained under different temperature and cooling speed conditions. The network sizes are also calculated, which shows the clearly different structural profiles and size ranges.
