Vector averaging for Windcube in complex terrain

The Windcube vertical profiler achieved its 3rd classification in 2018 and is thus fully IEC compliant. The classification output is an evaluation of the sensitivity of a wind measurement device accuracy with regards to environmental parameters such as turbulence intensity (TI), shear or rain.
