China started late in the cotton mold forming control technology of self-propelled cotton picker. It developed a cotton round mold forming device and control system to solve the problems of continuous cotton picking and round mold forming control andcan improve cotton harvesting, storage and transportation. Efficiency is of great significance to the development of China's cotton industry. In this paper, the broken fdm control system of the cotton round molding device was studied. The bar code identification sensor was used to identify the barcode of cotton round film wrapping fdm. With STM32 controller as the core, the broken film control circuit and computer serial communication interface circuit were designed. Through software simulation debugging and testing, the results show that: the design realizes the real-time communication between the controller and the host computer, and the information acquisition and the broken film control of the barcode sensor reach the design requirements.
