For the direct harvest of com in China, the vertical flow threshing cleaning device can not meet the performance requirements, and it is easy to cause problems such as low de-purification rate and serious losses. This paper designs a corn grain cleaning device with a compact mechanism and adjustable working structure parameters. In order to verify the performance of the cleaning and separation device and the cleaning effect, the loss rate, grain inclusion rate, and grain distribution ratio were usedas performance indicators on the independently developed test bench, with the fan speed, scale opening, and feed rate. The quantity is an orthogonal test with three factors and three levels as the influencing factors. The optimal parameter combination ofthe device was determined by a bench test: the fan speed was 800 r/min, the scale opening was >15 mm, and the feed amount was 8 kg/s. Test verification: Under this working condition, the grain loss rate was 0.45%, the grain-containing rate was 0.76%, and the grain distribution ratio was 1.92%.
