摘要

This paper states the design of a power control system for a medical microwave remedial instrument system with the hardware automatic protection circuits and fuzzy PID control technology. It briefly introduces the composing principle and function of the instrument. Next the fuzzy control strategy is applied to short period prediction of the microwave power. Combining fuzzy controllers with PID controllers, the trigger angle of a Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is achieved by using the on-line self-adjusting capability of the harmonious factor and the self-optimization fuzzy control of the output power. When the control system is faulty, hardware protection circuits will be triggered and will turn off the output. This method fundamentally improves the safety performance of the control system. On the basis of derivation and simulation for the control system, a model machine has been made which has the characteristics of good dynamic response and high stability. It has more practical merit and is worthy to be popularized.
