A Factual Analysis on External Service System Environment of the Manufacturing Enterprises in Industrial Clusters——Cases about Taizhou and Jiaxing，Zhejiang Province from Stakeholders’Viewnoint

摘要

With the penetrating economic development and theoretical researches,the conception that there are interactive and cooperative relationships between productive service and manufacturing industry is will-recognized.However in China, in the meantime of the dramatically accruing addedvalue of service,the percentage of GDP generated by service industry is dropping drastically.It is indicated in the factual researches on the relevant industry clusters in Taizhou and Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province that the manufacturing enterprises in industrial clusters are craving for the Producer Services，but currently， the extortionate supply cost of their external productive service has been followed by their over high expenditure for gaining such service,to vigorously strengthen the Producer Services is imperatively dependent on the optimized design of system, rather than the mere expansion of scale，diverging and externalizing from the manufacturing industry，the productive service has become the independent professional service enterprise which has to be moderately amalgamated to share resources and enhance their efficiency.
