Recent disadvantages of the thermoelectric generators (TEG) are differential heating. A biomass stove was constructed to observe the capacity of the TEG. The results from the experiments were mathematically resolved - numerically by introducing the tuning factor to a derived heat transfer model. It was observed that the frequent damage of the TEG can be reduced when the initial construction of the TEG can include a tuning factor to minimize the differential heating.
