The risk of death associated with the disease of the cardiovascular system is increasing every year. These risks increase many times in the North and the Arctic. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. Continuous monitoring is necessary of the patient's condition. For this it is necessary to develop a portable device. We have developed a prototype of the device and conducted its approbation. The device is mobile. It can transfer data to the computer. The data is recorded continuously, the beginning of the crisis, its course is recorded. The device can be connected to a smartphone and send an emergency signal to the medical center. The signal can be sent automatically. The signal carries information about the location of the patient and his condition. This will allow doctors to provide timely assistance to the patient.
