摘要

New information on the high-temperature process of thermochemical conversion of mechanically activated coal in a steam-air-blown medium has been obtained to develop promising gasifier for integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC). Experimental studies of high-temperature air-steam-blown gasification by IT SB RAS gasifier have been carried out; including number of different operating regimes and actual data for computational tools verification is obtained. Computational tools (zero-dimensional thermodynamic model and CFD-model) are tested and verified on received experimental data. With the help of verified computational tools, the fundamental regularities that allow to increase the heating value of syngas and the H_2/CO ratio are studied.
