Therefore, this study through the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) aerial production system of high precision true ortho-photo, the location of the image coordinates to replace the coordinates and position of the stake position. Can be used for future work to be used when the stake position, directly to the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) high-precision network Real Time Kinematic (RTK) method for stake design, to achieve the goal of the need for follow-up stake maintenance. First use PhotoScan to produce true ortho-photo. And then to AutoCAD Map sets of ground measurements completed stake map. And the coordinates of the Route Border Stake and Road Centerline Stake are measured on the image. And then compared with the coordinates of the actual buried measurement. Compare the difference between the two. This research is based on the re-zoning of the new east section of Beigang Town, Yunlin County which has completed the Urban Land Readjustment.
