The synthesis and electrical properties of La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Fe_(1-x)Mo_xO_3 (LSFMO) (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) perovskite materials have been studied. The samples were synthesized by sol-gel and sintering method. The structural properties were investigated by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and X-ray Fluorescence (XRF). XRD characterization results in orthorhombic crystal structure (space group Pnma) for all samples and the crystallite sizes in the range of 40 - 60 nm. XRF result shows the atomics ration and mass ration is suitable for stoichiometric of La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)Fe_(1-x)Mo_xO_3. The electrical behavior of LSFMO at room temperature was measured by impedance spectroscopy method using RLC meter. Impedance data were represented in the Nyquist plot. The impedance absolute values of LSFMO increase from increasing to Mo-doped. Finally, from the dielectric studies, it is observed that the dielectric constant (ε') decreases and dielectric loss (tan δ) increases with an increase of Mo-doped.
