The synthesis method and technologies of computer simulators in the medium SCADA-systems are offered. Simulators are used for personnel training and increase of the control efficiency by electrotechnological installations in manufactures of aluminum, calcium carbide and phosphorus. The functional structure of simulators, information and mathematical software, software realization examples are developed.
