Ensuring of Professional Activities Reliability for Electric Power Operational and Exploitational Personnel

The issues of ensuring the professional activity reliability of the operational and exploitational (OE) personnel of the electric power industry are considered. The analysis of the conditions of professional activity of personnel at the objects of electro-energy of various levels is given. An integrated approach to ensuring the professional activity reliability is proposed on the basis of current state continuous monitoring of OE personnel. The requirements for the monitoring tools used are formulated depending on the characteristics of the personnel professional activities. Remote non-contact technologies for recording current human bio-parameters are identified as the most promising. The results of the experimental approbation of the integrated approach are analyzed.
