Stepping motors, also known as pulse motors or step motors, have been used for about 80 years. A stepper motor is a kind of control motor that converts electric pulse signals into linear displacement or angular displacement. The displacement speed is proportional to the pulse frequency, and the displacement is proportional to the number of pulses. The stepper motor is also composed of a stator and a rotor in the structure, and can control the rotation angle and the rotation speed with high precision. When a current flows through the stator windings, a vector magnetic field is generated by the stator windings, and the vector field drives the rotor to rotate by an angle such that the magnetic field direction of the pair of magnetic poles of the rotor rotates by an angle along with the magnetic field direction of the stator. This article describes the stepper motor and microcontroller principles, the system's hardware circuit, program components, while the software and hardware debugging, at the same time introduced the debugging process problems and solutions to the problem. The design has the characteristics of clear thinking, high reliability, and strong stability. The above functions are achieved through debugging.
