Innovation is the first driving force for the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. How to improve the satisfaction of the employees in small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in order to stimulate innovation becomes more and more important. However, at present, there are various problems in the promotion of job satisfaction in small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.
