Update on California EPA Chlorinated Paraffins Enforcement Activities (PPT)

On August 30 California’s Office of Environment Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) finalized its revisions to the clear and reasonable warning requirements under their Prop 65 law. Proposals, comment periods, public workshops and a litany of responses/counter proposals from the impacted community for more than two years have produced this final revision. Clearly not a victory for the regulated community but the final rule is an improvement on the initial proposal.
