Remanufacturing completely retains the added value of waste products, which is important for the protection of the environment, recycling of resources, and development of recycling economy. In addition, it is especially significant to establish a scientific evaluate model to find whether the waste product is valuable to be remanufactured. Based on the theory of LCC, this paper establishes the product life cycle cost model to analyze the cost of original manufacturing and remanufacturing respectively. The environmental impact value is obtained using Eco-indicator 99 index by the LCA evaluation method. Then, integrate the data of LCC and LCA. Quantify the comprehensive evaluation index by the AHP method. Finally, the feasibility of this model is verified with the study of waste car engine, and decision support for remanufacturers is provided.
