Voice calls are widely used, particularly with voice over internet protocol (VoIP) calls. To provide a high degree of traffic security during voice communication over any network a voice encryption scheme and voice biometric authentication are needed. This paper proposes the VoIP security in two levels; the first level is applied by proposed voice authentication system to ensure the confidentiality of data by determining whether the user is validated or not. The second level is applied by strong proposed digital nested encryption scheme based on Arnold's Cat map and Baker's map. The performance evaluation elements such as correlation coefficient, spectral distortion, log likelihood ratio, time processing, histogram, spectrogram and waveform have ensured the efficiency of the proposed cryptosystem. Moreover, it has been found from passing the encrypted file through OFDM framework with variant SNR that the performance evaluation elements are similar in the sender and receiver, and this means the efficiency of encryption and decryption process.
